What people say about J3D.AI and HoC.
Observing the progression of our dialogues, and our collective approach to the subjects has been truly enlightening with J3D.AI reporting.
The greatest danger of AI is concluding too early that we understand it. We must understand, take responsibility, and take action. Which is what we achieve with the support of J3D.AI in Germany.
I had the most inspiring and intellectually stimulating experience with such an incredible cohort of extraordinary leaders - excellence and efficiency never happen by chance.
J3D.AI made it simple for us to create impactful thought leadership for our in-house think tank. The automated content generation helped us boost our productivity without compromising on quality.
It is a brilliant idea to use AI and human intelligence to grow on the issues we face in the future. The use of AI is changing Asian relevance in the world, and that's what we're tackling here.
Being part of this event's committee has been an honor. Our goal? To delve into the complexities of AI, cybersecurity, and the future of digitalization.
I really like the intimacy of the discussions. It's very approachable. You're very close and I think that leads to really valuable discussions.
It was great. I especially appreciated the panel discussion this morning - we discussed digital sovereignty in Europe, top of mind for everybody right now. There's some great innovation coming out of the Nordics.
The Estonian Leap is the model we look to in Moldova - a blueprint for our own digital and economic transition through public-private partnership.
The panel at the collaboration house was amazing because it allowed exchange from different perspectives - how we can create a society that is ready for AI.
The House of Collaboration is extremely full of ideas. So whoever wants networking, collaboration, learning and sharing experience - come and be part of the House of Collaboration.
It's my first time at the House of Collaboration - I was delighted to be a speaker. The energy in the room was really positive. The focus on shifting from profit to peace and unity was amazing.
I'm grateful to be here at the House of Collaboration, sharing good vibes and spreading love frequency throughout Davos.
By design, or by intuition, excellent choice of participants. Participants are making the event. The methodology shows a clear path between the steps.
My impression was quite changed after bringing together diverse people and giving a voice to a shared vision of what we are doing here.
What I found interesting is that there are a lot of things that are solvable in discussion, technical or non-technical, based on the background we have.
Diversity of thoughts, and coming together as a group or collective, is very rewarding.
I've been on the path of understanding the Inner Development Goals for a while, and our environment is quite complex. This is the key way to bring together stakeholders and apply ethical AI.
Very structured approach - impressed how much can be done in a short amount of time.
The entire structure and flow of the meeting is memorable.
When all the 8s got together, via cross-matching, we had a deep dive into our topics.
Most significant part is to meet everybody. To not just shake hands, but to get their thoughts.
In the morning, I knew nobody. By the end of this workshop, I knew everyone.
It's very intense. The process you use has a lot of speed and potential.
I've noticed an unusual level of respect amidst the group given our diverse background.
Preparing a presentation in 15 minutes with people you don't know is quite something.

J3D.AI (JED-EYE)
J3D.AI is an advisory and technology company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. We deliver market access advisory, AI readiness scoring and implementation, and sovereign convening for organizations navigating the AI transition across Europe and Asia.
Founded on the principle that peace must become more profitable than war - and that collaboration, structured correctly, creates more value than competition. This shapes every engagement: who is in the room, how dialogue is structured, and what outcomes are measured.
“We exist to make peace more profitable than war - and collaboration more profitable than competition.”
Yip Thy-Diep Ta - CEO, J3D.AI
Governments, capital, and founders.

Cross-Border Collaboration at Davos
Five days of transformative leadership dialogue during WEF week. Founding principle: peace must become more profitable than war.
Better Together: Cross-Border Collaborations for Resilient Economies
House of Collaboration is J3D.AI's flagship sovereign convening platform - an invitation-only side event during WEF week in Davos. Founded by Yip Thy-Diep Ta and Kevin Varend, the third edition in January 2026 was anchored by the theme "Better Together: Cross-Border Collaborations for Resilient Economies."
HoC 2026 convened 860 senior leaders from 70+ countries representing €3 trillion in GDP. The edition launched first-of-kind sub-platforms inside the umbrella: Estonian Leap, the New Nordics Ministerial Innovation Reception, the J3D.AI Hydrogen Roundtable, and the launch of Futures Beyond Our Time with the Bavarian Foresight Institute.
High-Stakes Diplomacy at Scale
Build the one convening at Davos that the world's top decision-makers feel they cannot skip - and convert that gravity into measurable partnerships, capital deployment, and policy outcomes.
Constant Agenda Changes
High-level speakers confirm, cancel, and reschedule constantly. A session announced Monday might have a different speaker by Wednesday.
Rigorous Vetting at Scale
Every delegate vetted before invitation. 860+ applicants required a multi-stage HubSpot CRM workflow.
Sub-Platform Editorial Integrity
Estonian Leap, Hydrogen Roundtable, Foresight whitepaper launch - each had to feel like a flagship in its own right under one umbrella.
Six-Layer PPP Model, One Editorial Umbrella
Invitation-Only Architecture
Sovereign curation, not paid access. Every delegate vetted through HubSpot.
Six-Layer PPP Model
Policy Anchor · Industry Infrastructure · Startup Layer · Multilateral Legitimacy · Capital Layer · Physical Execution.
Integrated Intelligence Stack
J3D.AI Conference Intelligence deployed live - report-ready outputs with 95% noise elimination.
Tier-1 Media Discipline
Orchestrated coverage in The Washington Post, Blick (~90M monthly), CGTN, MFA Estonia, regional press.
Measurable Results
From the Room
Estonia's governance discipline and energy capacity position it as Europe's AI infrastructure leader.
Europe must step up both in security and economic strength. The Nordics show what is possible - innovation, competitiveness, and unity shaping a stronger European future.
Digital identity is like a credit card - people thought it was unsafe, then it became essential. We are at the same inflection point with digital government.
Europe should not build another foundation model. It should invest in applied AI that creates value.
Apply to House of Collaboration 2027 - the universal edition.
A Country Embedded, Not Hosted
The first dedicated country-level day at Davos inside House of Collaboration. Co-produced with MFA Estonia and MKM - Estonia did not lease a country house. It embedded into HoC and outperformed full pavilions.
Sovereign Cloud, Autonomous Mobility, AI Upskilling of a Nation
Estonian Leap is the first dedicated country-level day at Davos inside the House of Collaboration umbrella. Co-produced with the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications (MKM), the inaugural Estonian Leap day ran on Tuesday January 20, 2026 as a flagship sub-platform of HoC 2026.
The thesis: a small, governance-disciplined nation does not need to lease a country house at Davos. It can embed into a sovereign-grade convening and outperform full pavilions - on signal, partnerships, and media. Estonian Leap did exactly that.
Country Presence at Davos, Without a Country House
A nation of 1.3 million has limited fixed-cost budget for a standalone Davos pavilion. Estonia needed a model that delivered the visibility of a country house with the editorial discipline of a curated convening.
Pavilion-Level Visibility, Sub-Platform Footprint
Deliver the media and partnership outcomes of a country house without leasing one. Inside HoC, not next to it.
Ministerial Choreography
Four ministerial appearances coordinated with parallel diplomatic schedules during the busiest week of the year.
Three Distinct Thematic Pillars in One Day
Sovereign Cloud, Autonomous Mobility, and AI Upskilling of a Nation - each substantial enough to anchor its own session.
Sub-Platform Architecture Inside HoC
Embedded, Not Adjacent
Estonian Leap ran inside the House of Collaboration umbrella, sharing the HoC media stack, intelligence platform, and delegate pool.
Three-Pillar Programming
Sovereign Cloud · Autonomous Mobility · AI Upskilling of a Nation. Each pillar with confirmed ministerial and corporate anchors.
Co-Produced with MFA + MKM
Two Estonian ministries as direct co-producers - ensuring policy authority and sovereign-grade protocol throughout.
Tier-1 Media Anchoring
Coverage secured in MFA Estonia channels, Ringvaade (Estonian national press), Blick, and integrated into HoC's Washington Post + CGTN footprint.
Measurable Results
From Estonian Leap
Estonia's governance discipline and energy capacity position it as Europe's AI infrastructure leader.
Digital identity is like a credit card - people thought it was unsafe, then it became essential. We are at the same inflection point with digital government.
Where Zebracorns Convene
A 4-day immersive retreat in an 18th-century German castle. 100 founders, investors, scientists, and operators around the Zebracorn thesis: ambition plus responsibility.
A Castle, a Thesis, a Durable Community
The J3D.AI Deep Tech Castle is a 4-day immersive retreat in an 18th-century castle in central Germany - designed to convene 100 founders, investors, scientists, and operators around a deliberate thesis: Zebracorns, technically ambitious and socially responsible ventures shaping a better future.
The 2025 edition ran from June 26–29 at Schloss Burgscheidungen with five tracks (AI, Web3, Sustainability, Longevity, Health). Residential capacity of 31–56 beds anchors the inner core; daytime visitors expand to 100. The format deliberately rejects the conference-stage attention economy.
Build the European Retreat the Conference Circuit Cannot
Unicorns optimise for valuation. Zebracorns optimise for impact and durability. Europe's deep-tech ecosystem needed a convening built around that thesis - with operational discipline, not just atmosphere.
Castle as Operating Venue
Operating a centuries-old castle as a fully staffed retreat - kitchens, sleeping logistics, AV, security, transport across 4 days.
Residential vs Daytime Balance
31–56 residential beds balanced with 100 daytime cohort, sequenced so the experience does not feel two-tier.
Five Disparate Tracks, One Voice
30+ programmed hours across AI, Web3, Sustainability, Longevity, Health without losing the Zebracorn editorial thesis.
Atmosphere as a Feature, Not Decoration
Zebracorn Editorial Thesis
Ambition + responsibility, encoded into every applicant's curation funnel. Track leads enforce the framing.
MOPS Operating Framework
Marketing / Operations / Programming / Sales with explicit RACI per function. Programme booked ≥2 weeks before event.
Persistent Post-Event Asset
Castle Retreat Magazine on Yumpu becomes a long-tail discovery and credibility tool - not a one-off PDF.
Five-Track Programme
AI · Web3 · Sustainability · Longevity · Health - each curated by a dedicated track lead.
Measurable Results
From the Castle Cohort
Four days at the castle gave me more genuine collaboration than four months on the conference circuit.[est.]
The Zebracorn thesis finally has a European home with operational discipline. This is the room I want my portfolio in.[est.]
Cybersecurity Meets Philosophy at C-Suite Level
A 3-day intervention at ESMT Berlin's Digital Society Institute. 32 international thought leaders across cybersecurity, AI, philosophy and ethics, and public-private governance. Co-hosted with Allianz, Deloitte, Palo Alto Networks, Malik.
Technology, Philosophy, Ethics, Governance - in One Room
SyntAIgration: Thinking Beyond Cyber was a 3-day intervention at ESMT Berlin's Digital Society Institute (DSI) - convening 32 international thought leaders across cybersecurity, AI, philosophy & ethics, and public-private governance. Co-hosted with Allianz, Deloitte, Palo Alto Networks, Malik.
The opening question: "How can we shape the current technological disruption, anticipate future developments, and best collaborate to adapt as a society - and achieve a zero-exclusion world worth living for everyone?" The format directly informed the design of the Allianz NextGenIT Think Tank and the editorial discipline that now anchors every J3D.AI Platform engagement.
Reason Technology and Philosophy Together at C-Suite Level
Most cybersecurity gatherings are technology-led and converge on the same playbook. The challenge was to get philosophy, ethics, and governance treated with the same rigour as the technology - without losing institutional credibility.
32 Cross-Disciplinary C-Suite, Often Competing
Convening senior leaders from Swiss Re, UN, AWS, BASF, Credit Suisse, Univ. of St. Gallen, EU Commission, Munich Re, SoSafe in one room over three days.
Analytical Rigour Across Four Domains
Holding depth in cybersecurity, AI, philosophy, and policy simultaneously - without any domain dominating.
Press-Ready Outputs in Days
Producing Final Report + Handbook + Feedback Report + Press Release within days of close, with strict confidentiality envelopes preserved.
Academic Anchor + Lead Partners + Intelligence Stack
3-Day Intensive at ESMT Berlin DSI
Digital Society Institute as academic anchor. Cross-pollination methodology: expertise-focused, comprehensive, collaborative.
Lead Commercial Partners

Four-Document Deliverable Set
Final Report (Canva) · Participants Handbook (PDF) · Feedback Report (Canva) · Press Release. Plus ESMT DSI page placement.
Measurable Results
From the Berlin Room
Observing the progression of our dialogues, and our collective approach to the subjects has been truly enlightening. The interaction and method are fruitfully guiding of our solutions.
This was the first cybersecurity convening in years where the philosophy of risk was treated as seriously as the technology.[est.]

Curation Over Volume in ASEAN's Highest-Growth Corridor
A 20-person curated European investor delegation. 3 days of VIS summit access plus 2 days of private villa retreat. 400+ curated matchmaking sessions across 30+ countries.
Summit Access + Villa Retreat + Pre-Departure Scoping
J3D.AI designed and led a curated 20-person European investor delegation to the Vietnam Innovation Summit (VIS) in Ho Chi Minh City. Hosted in partnership with IMT Solutions, the Swiss-Vietnam Economic Forum (SVEF), and the Swiss Fintech Association. The 6-day programme combined VIP summit access with private retreat sessions and 400+ curated matchmaking conversations.
Vietnam, population crossing 100 million, is one of Asia's most consequential growth corridors. The Retreat locked J3D.AI's ASEAN delegation template - now replicable across Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Da Nang for 2026.
Convert a Five-Day Visit Into Committed Market Entry
European investor delegations typically under-index on relationship depth and over-index on volume. The retreat had to produce committed market entry pipelines - not surface impressions.
20-Person Cap, Maximum Signal Density
Curating exactly 20 delegates across investor, corporate, and founder roles - without expanding the cohort.
Summit + Retreat Sequencing
Six contiguous days across VIS summit (Days 1–3), retreat villa outside HCMC (Days 4–5), and post-event meetings (Day 6).
Pre-Arrival Scoping + Post-Event CRM
Pre-departure call per delegate to align objectives. CRM follow-through on every introduction made during the week.
VIS Access + Villa Retreat + Government Counterparts
VIS VIP Access
20+ startup pitches, 20+ investor panels, 20+ PE/VC investors, 100+ enterprises, 30+ countries.
Curated Villa Retreat
2 days outside HCMC for informal dialogue and conviction-building. The conversations that mattered happened in the villa.
Government & Corporate Access
HCMC People's Committee, Standard Chartered Vietnam, Samsung, Qualcomm, Vingroup, World Bank, NAB Innovation, Shinhan Bank.
Partner-Led Matchmaking
IMT Solutions, SVEF, Swiss Fintech Association - plus Enterprise Singapore, JETRO, Business Finland on the ASEAN side.
Measurable Results
From the Delegation
Twenty people, six days, ten named principals, four hundred matchmaking sessions - the ratio of signal to time invested was extraordinary.[est.]
Pairing summit access with a private villa retreat was the difference. The conversations that mattered happened in the villa.[est.]

Korea's Most R&D-Intensive Province Meets DACH
A 120-person delegation from Gyeonggi Province - home to Samsung, LG, and the densest concentration of Korean R&D - on a structured DACH learning programme. Hosted at J3D.AI's O2 Tower Munich.
Six Months of Relationship-Building, Compressed Into One Week
The Gyeonggi Leader Development Program brought a 120-person delegation from Gyeonggi Province - home to Samsung, LG, and the densest concentration of Korean R&D - to the DACH region to study innovative institutions, deep-tech startups, and government-industry collaboration models.
J3D.AI hosted the delegation at our O2 Tower Munich HQ as the orientation anchor and curated a multi-city DACH itinerary across Austria and Germany. The framing: in a world rapidly transformed by AI, leaders stand at an Oppenheimer moment that can only be navigated through structured multilateral gatherings.
Turn a One-Week Visit Into a Multi-Decade Pipeline
Gyeonggi Province is one of the most R&D-intensive sub-national economies in the world but converts research into global scale at a fraction of the US rate. The visit had to compress months of relationship-building into days.
120-Person Delegation, Two Countries
Coordinating a sovereign delegation across Austria and Germany inside one structured week.
Korean Protocol Meets DACH Startup Informality
Aligning Korean government protocols with DACH startup culture, translating across language and decision-making norms.
Executive Report for Three Audiences
Producing an Executive Report consumable by government, industry, and academia simultaneously.
O2 Tower Anchor + Curated DACH Itinerary
J3D.AI O2 Tower as Anchor
Munich HQ as orientation venue and single trusted host inside the DACH ecosystem.
Curated DACH Itinerary
Innovative institutions, deep-tech startups, government-industry collaboration showcases across Austria and Germany.
Executive Report
Institutional models, partnership opportunities, follow-on pipelines - distributed across government, industry, academia.
Structured Post-Visit Pipeline
Korean delegates received structured introductions to DACH partners for ongoing collaboration.
Measurable Results
From the Delegation
The level of structured access we gained through J3D.AI in one week would have taken our team six months to assemble independently.[est.]
J3D.AI ran this engagement like a multilateral programme - not a tour.[est.]

Market Access as a Continuous Platform, Not a Mission
Multi-city Europe corridor for Chinese municipal and SoE counterparts. One playbook, six missions, five countries across autumn 2025. Spain & Portugal in 2026 pipeline.
One Playbook, Six Missions, Five EU Countries
J3D.AI designed and operated a multi-city Europe corridor programme for Chinese municipal and state-owned-enterprise (SoE) stakeholders - coordinated through in-market lead Linda. The 2025 cycle covered Ireland, Germany, France, and the UK, with Spain and Portugal as 2026 pipeline corridors.
The programme provided repeatable EU exposure for Chinese counterparts including Shijingshan, Hefei, Nanshan, and Shanghai SoE - with playbook standardisation that reduced per-mission deployment from 6+ months to 4–6 weeks.
Structured, Repeatable EU Exposure for Chinese Cities
Chinese municipal governments and SoEs need sustained EU exposure - not single conference visits. The challenge was to build a corridor model that compresses fixed cost while preserving institutional rigour.
Chinese Protocol × EU Host Institutions
Aligning Chinese municipal and SoE protocols with EU host institutions across five+ countries simultaneously.
Playbook Standardisation
Standardising the operating playbook so each delegation deploys in 4–6 weeks - not 6+ months.
Diplomatic Gravitas Across Counterparts
Maintaining sovereign-grade protocol across SoE, municipal, and science-park counterparts simultaneously.
In-Market Lead + Standardised Playbook + EU Host Network
In-Market Lead Model
Linda coordinates across all Chinese counterparts as the single point of accountability.
Corridor Cycle
Multiple deployments back-to-back across autumn 2025 to compress fixed costs. Six missions in five months.
EU Host Network
Institutional partners in Dublin, Munich, Hamburg, Paris, London. Standardised follow-up across every mission.
Iberian Pipeline for 2026
Framework ready, host partners under engagement for 2026 Spain & Portugal deployment.
Measurable Results
From the Corridor
J3D.AI compressed our European exposure programme from six months to six weeks per city, without losing institutional rigour.[est.]
This is the first China–Europe programme we have worked with that treats market access as an ongoing platform, not a one-off mission.[est.]
Want to deploy a city delegation, host a Chinese counterpart, or join the Iberian pipeline?
Selective by Design: Three Corridors, Three to Five Mandates
A deliberately selective practice across US (You.com), India (GalaxEye / Mission Drishti), DACH (Douglas). Founder-level engagement, sovereign network access, intelligence-platform overlay.
Fewer Mandates, Deeper Engagement
J3D.AI provides selective fundraising and go-to-market advisory to a private portfolio of deep-tech, AI search, and consumer scale-ups. The 2024–2026 cohort includes You.com (US AI search), GalaxEye (India deep-tech / Mission Drishti), and Douglas (DACH retail / omnichannel CX advisory via Alexander von Schleyer).
The practice is deliberately selective: fewer mandates, deeper engagement, founder-level intimacy, sovereign network access through HoC, and the J3D.AI intelligence platform overlay for diligence and signal surfacing.
Access Capital and Partnerships Without Diluting the Thesis
Help differentiated technology and consumer companies access the right capital, partnerships, and operating networks - without diluting their thesis or burning founder bandwidth.
Three Regulatory and Capital Environments
Operating across US, India, and DACH simultaneously, with each mandate confidential and cross-pollination managed through information-walling.
Translating Across Domains
Translating between deep-tech (GalaxEye), AI search (You.com), and large-format retail (Douglas) without losing depth.
Speed vs Sovereign Network Patience
Balancing advisory speed with the patience required for sovereign network introductions.
Founder-Level + HoC Network + Intelligence Platform
Founder-Level Engagement
Yip and Kevin directly own the mandate. No off-loading to junior teams.
HoC Network Deployment
Introductions into the J3D.AI sovereign / corporate / investor network surfaced through House of Collaboration cohorts.
Intelligence Platform Overlay
VAY Score and market scans surface diligence-ready insight for both client and counterparty.
Deliberately Constrained Mandate Count
Typically 3–5 active engagements at a time to preserve founder-level intimacy.
Active Engagements
From the Mandates
J3D.AI doesn't introduce. It opens doors and stays in the room until something happens on the other side.[est.]
Three to five mandates at a time means we actually get the founders, not their associates. That ratio is the product.[est.]
Have a differentiated company that needs fundraising or GTM support?
J3D.AI takes a limited number of mandates per year. Founder-level engagement, sovereign network, intelligence-platform overlay.

Cathedral Thinking, Structured
A foresight whitepaper co-authored by 42 global experts, co-published with the Bavarian Foresight Institute. 9 thematic chapters across a 100-year horizon. Cathedral thinking as the missing competence in modern leadership.
A 100-Year Horizon, Taken Seriously
Futures Beyond Our Time - Our World in 2125 is a foresight whitepaper co-authored by 42 global experts, co-produced by J3D.AI Labs and the Bavarian Foresight Institute. The research emerged from foresight workshops at the House of Collaboration in Davos in early 2025, was published under embargoed launch on July 21, 2025, and held an in-person Munich launch in September 2025.
A bold question anchored the project: What might the world look like in 2125? Forty-two authors from across generations, geographies, and disciplines mapped imaginative-yet-plausible futures across nine thematic dimensions.
Design a Publication That Releases Strategy From Quarterly Pressure
Most foresight exercises fail to survive contact with policy reality. The challenge was to design a foresight publication that does not predict the future - but gives decision-makers the cognitive scaffolding to design it.
42 Authors Across 9 Chapters & Four Continents
Coordinating contributions across radically different worldviews - governance, neuroscience, fintech, climate, longevity - without losing editorial discipline.
Embed Foresight Inside Davos Week
Embedding the foresight workshop into the operational rhythm of Davos week, while preserving methodology integrity.

Three platforms. One philosophy.
J3D.AI Salons.
Salons are J3D.AI’s intimate dialogue format - designed for 15-25 participants. No panel, no audience. A structured conversation among practitioners on a single consequential question.
Each Salon is built around a live question that matters to the room: AI governance in regulated industries, sovereign capital reallocation, climate-tech investment theses, or the future of European security. Output: a concise intelligence note distributed to participants.
The 2026 edition proved a new kind of Davos platform was possible.
Less conference, more delegation. One week, with decision-density metrics that read like a standing ministerial delegation paired with a private-capital summit.
Ministers on stage. Capital across the room.
Technologists and corporates in closed panels and open salons.
What delegates say about HoC.
Selected words from leaders who joined the house in 2026.
I really like the intimacy of the discussions. It is very approachable. You are very close and I think that leads to really valuable discussions.
The panel at the collaboration house was amazing because it allowed exchange from different perspectives - how we can create a society that is ready for AI.
I especially appreciated the panel discussion on digital sovereignty in Europe - top of mind for everybody right now. Great innovation coming out of the Nordics.
The walls of the House of Collaboration are extremely full of ideas. Whoever wants networking, collaboration, learning and sharing experience - come and be part of it.
The Estonian Leap is the model we look to in Moldova - a blueprint for our own digital and economic transition through public-private partnership.
It is my first time at the House of Collaboration. The energy in the room was really positive. The focus on shifting from profit to peace and unity was amazing.
Not a conference. An execution platform.
Five days each January concentrate more capital and policy authority in Davos than anywhere on earth. On four dimensions, House of Collaboration moves in the opposite direction.
Six reasons partners join the House.
Each reason maps to a deliverable - structured, scheduled and tracked across the week.
Government & Policy Access
Ministers, ambassadors, agency heads - structured dialogue with the private sector.
Private Capital Introductions
Family offices, sovereign investors, leading funds - curated for your agenda.
Cross-Border Deal Flow
FDI pipelines, MoU frameworks, market entry - accelerated in days, not quarters.
Closed, High-Trust Environment
No open registrations. Every participant vetted. Decision density.
Speaker & Platform Visibility
Sovereign officials, institutional investors, global media - one room.
Year-Round Intelligence
Foresight, AI readiness, policy alignment - between editions, not only during.
For organisations with substance.
Not those looking for borrowed prestige. Six archetypes typically fit the house.
The Established Brand
A recognised company with real market standing, looking to shape a narrative and engage the right stakeholders.
National Government or Agency
A ministry, agency or national innovation body seeking dialogue with investors and institutional leaders.
The Deep-Tech Scale-Up
A scale-up with serious momentum and unicorn potential, positioning as a category leader - not just visibility.
Research & Innovation Platform
A think tank, research institute or university seeking visibility for ideas and partnerships.
Institutional Mission-Driven Actor
An established NGO, foundation or multilateral that belongs in serious cross-sector dialogue.
The Proven Capital Allocator
A respected fund or allocator with a real track record that wants curated access - not fundraising theatre.
Five days. Five distinct arcs.

The week itself is five days; the partnership lasts longer - from the months before to the weeks after the lights come down.

Davos 2025 - Peace as Policy.
The second edition of the House of Collaboration. 150 delegates. Foresight as practice. Technology with purpose.
Peace as Policy. Foresight as Practice. Technology with Purpose.
The 2025 edition convened 150 delegates from across the world during Davos week. The week was anchored on three propositions: that peace is a policy choice, foresight is a practice rather than a forecast, and technology serves human ends or it serves none.
Highlights included the launch of the Foresight Whitepaper (42 experts, 9 visions of the future), the inaugural Estonian Leap programme, and the first Peace Gala Dinner during Davos week.
Original 2025 microsite preserved at davos.j3d.ai →
The 2025 edition received tier-1 global coverage including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Blick (lead Davos media partner) - with combined reach exceeding 100M impressions across 70+ countries.
The 2027 edition is now open.
Building on the 2025 and 2026 editions - the 2027 programme is the largest yet.

The only sovereign PPP platform
at Davos week.
Estonian Leap is not a networking event. It is a structured execution environment where investments are made, partnerships are signed, and bilateral relationships advance.
Dedicated Estonia Meeting Hub with 12 private offices available for bilateral government, investment, and partnership meetings throughout the day.
Acting government ministers present, keynote, and participate in bilateral facilitation - the highest-density ministerial access point at Davos week in Davos.
The New Nordics Innovation Ministerial Reception closes the day - 60 curated guests, invitation-only, with NB8 Chairmanship representation and startups from six Nordic nations.
Estonian Leap demonstrates what country-level PPP execution looks like at Davos when designed for outcomes rather than visibility. J3D.AI is now exploring this model with additional sovereign partners for 2027 and beyond.

42 global experts. 9 visions of the future. In partnership with the Bavarian Foresight Institute. Distributed at HoC Davos 2025.
Foresight as practice, not prediction.
The Foresight Whitepaper is a structured contribution from 42 global experts - founders, scientists, policymakers, philosophers and capital allocators - each providing a sectoral 100-year forecast under shared methodological constraints. The result is nine plausible visions of our world in 2125, grouped across thematic clusters.
Co-developed with the Bavarian Foresight Institute, the document was distributed in print at HoC Davos 2025 to heads of state, sovereign wealth funds, and senior multilateral leaders.
