1. Introduction to Hotel Badge Process
The hotel badge grants access to the Secure Zone during the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, allowing attendees to access designated hotels and related event spaces.
It is not a white badge.
Furthermore, a Hotel Badge does not grant access to J3D.AI Pass or events. J3D.AI processes badge applications on behalf of House of Collaboration delegates. The badge allows access to participating hotels, including Hotel AlpenGold, Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvedere, and other hotels in the security zone, for the duration of the event. These badges are subject to approval by the Swiss authorities.

2. Non-Refundable Policy
Once your hotel badge request has been submitted and payment received, it is
non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
If your request is rejected by the Swiss authorities. If you are unable to attend the event or have a change in plans. If you have already received a badge from another source. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be entitled to a refund for your badge once the application process is initiated. Refunds will also not be provided if you fail to attend the event or are unable to collect your badge.
3. Responsibility for Correct InformationI
It is the
responsibility of the attendee to ensure that all information provided for the hotel badge application is
accurate and matches the details on your passport or ID. This includes personal details such as your full name, date of birth, and other identification information required for Swiss authorities. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the rejection of your badge application by the authorities, and no refund will be issued. Any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete data will be the sole responsibility of the attendee
.
4. Processing Time and Approval
Once your payment is confirmed, your hotel badge application will be processed with the Swiss authorities.
Please allow up to 5 days for processing. The final approval of your badge application is subject to the discretion of the Swiss authorities, and J3D.AI cannot influence or expedite this process.
Important Note: Any applications submitted after
January 9, 2025, may experience longer processing times due to the volume of requests and security checks.
5. Badge Pickup
Hotel badges can only be
picked up in person at the designated registration point in Davos. The badge will be handed over
only to the registered individual, who must provide proof of identity (passport/ID) at the registration office located at cantonal police office.
Important: Please be aware that a photo will be taken at the registration desk as part of the security procedure. Your identity must match the details provided during registration.
6. Badge Use and Access
The hotel badge grants you access to the
Secure Zone in Davos, allowing you entry to participating hotels and events. The badge is
valid only for the duration of the WEF Annual Meeting. Please note that access is strictly regulated, and the Swiss police reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who does not meet the security requirements or who is not listed on the approved badge list. The badge is not transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name appears on the registration.
Badges are issued at the registration office at
Bahnhofstrasse 3, in
7270 Davos Platz. Please note the following opening times:
Monday, 13th to Thursday, 16th January 2025: 08:00 am to 06:30 pm
Friday, 17th to Tuesday, 21st January 2025: 08:00 am to 10:00 pm
Wednesday, 22nd to Tuesday, 23rd January 2025: 08:00 am to 06:30 pm

7. Security and Privacy
In accordance with Swiss law,
your personal information may be shared with the
Swiss Police, Hotel Belvedere,
Hotel AlpenGold,
Hilton Garden Inn, or other relevant Swiss authorities involved in security measures for the event. J3D.AI will ensure that all information provided is used solely for the purpose of processing your hotel badge application and facilitating access to the event. All personal data will be handled with the highest degree of confidentiality and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
8. Limitations of Liability
J3D.AI is not liable for any issues related to the rejection of your application by Swiss authorities, failure to collect your badge, or any other issues arising from incorrect data submission. By applying for a hotel badge, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
9. Changes and Cancellations
Once your hotel badge application has been submitted and payment is processed,
no changes or cancellations can be made. This includes changes to the name on the application, as Swiss authorities require all details to match official documentation.If your application is rejected by Swiss authorities or you are unable to attend the event, no refund will be issued, as stated in the non-refundable policy.
10. Agreement to Terms
By applying for a hotel badge through J3D.AI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.J3D.AI reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
